Counseling is a relationship that builds and grows as we work together on the goals that you bring to the therapeutic environment. I strive to help clients find the answers they hold within themselves and learn ways to improve their overall mental well being.

I am a trauma focused counselor, meaning that I work mainly with clients who have experienced trauma at any point in their life. I have extensive experience and training in trauma including Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am an attachment based trauma therapist utilizing experiential methods to overcome trauma. I come to the therapy session with these tools but will work with you to identify the best treatment plan for your and your family’s needs.

I am also trained in and provide tele-health services through my practice and will be happy to discuss these options for clients that are interested in them.

Initial intake session – $150

Individual session – $120

Family Counseling – $135

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20-30 minute phone consultation for anyone interested in counseling services. During this consultation we will discuss your needs within the counseling space and I will evaluate if I can meet them and will help schedule a first appointment or find a suitable referral for you.

Clinical Supervision

I offer supervision to Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns. I am a qualified supervisor under license MH14209. Please feel free to contact about supervision services. I utilize a reflective supervision model and focus on complex/developmental trauma and attachment.

Individual Supervision – $50 per session

Group Supervision – $35 per session

Insurance

I am paneled with multiple insurance carriers and EAP programs. If you are using insurance, we may have contractual agreements with your insurance company to accept a different fee.
